چکیده

An experiment was conducted on litchi cv. China at Horticulture garden in the Department of (Fruit and Fruit Technology), Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour, Bhagalpur, Bihar, to show shelf life biochemical changes during storage. The laid out randomized block design with five treatments four replications. Salicylic acid sprayed twice i.e. 15 days 30 before anticipated harvesting time different concentrations salicylic (T1- 50 ppm, T2-100 T3-150 T4-200 ppm T5-control). Different have effect parameters. has increased TSS (20.02 0Brix), total sugar (13.10%), ascorbic (38.21 mg/100 g pulp), anthocyanin (8.06 mg/100g pulp) (4 days) 6th day storage ambient condition.
